This very obliging Little Ringed Plover was on the main slipway on the sailing club bank of Stewartby Lake. A long awaited MVCP photo-tick for me, the 156th species I've photographed on the MVCP / Stewartby Lake.We may not get anything like the number or variety of waders that Rookery does, but at least they are close enough for even me to ID... ;-) Photographs by Martin Green.
