Oak-tree Pug Eupithecia dodeneata, probably! Smaller (forewing 8-9 mm) and a greyer/whiter appearance than the brindled Pugs i've seen here. Shape and pattern don't seem quite right for Dwarf Pug, but it wouldn't be the first time i've got a Pug sp. wrong.pete
